Refund Policy - The Basics

At CargoLDN, we strive for excellent service. However, we understand that issues may arise.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Cancellations before dispatch: Full refund minus processing fees.

  • Same-day & urgent deliveries: Non-refundable after dispatch.

  • Delayed deliveries: Partial refunds may be considered if the delay exceeds 4 hours due to CargoLDN’s fault.

2. Damaged or Lost Items

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide photos and proof of value for damage claims.

  • Compensation is capped at £100 unless additional insurance is purchased.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
